Since Setting Sun is extensible, several developers have written their own fader plug-ins which you can download and run within Setting Sun.
This folder contains URL documents to take you to the home page for these faders.
To install these faders, simply drop them into the “Faders” folder in the Setting Sun application folder. When you next open Setting Sun’s Preferences window, they should be listed in the pop-up menu on the Faders panel.
More Fader Support
More content for several faders is also available. This includes national flag images from the World Flag Database, and several Macromedia Flash screensavers.
Macromedia Flash screensavers must normally be installed as Control Panels to function. This is not required for Setting Sun, which can load their animations without a restart.
To install these faders, simply drop them into the Fader Support folder and select them from within the Flash fader module. Since Setting Sun uses QuickTime to display their content, you may find that the latest version of QuickTime is required for the most robust Flash support.
For large Flash animations, you may need to increase the memory allocated to Setting Sun. If you fail to see an animation, or experience corrupt images, Setting Sun has probably run out of memory.
